This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that material on msmewb.org infringes your copyright, you may send us a notification of claimed infringement. Please send your notice to our Designated Copyright Agent, whose contact information is listed below. Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled. Please provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim. If we determine that the material infringes copyright, we will remove or disable access to it.
Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which msmewb.org may be found).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking a court order against the content provider within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Modern Spaces, Modern Environments – Web Bulletin maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. This includes users who have had multiple valid DMCA notices filed against their content.
